Polar Trails Inc. Homestay program (“Polar Trails”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to your privacy, ensuring the information you provide to us through our website (“site”) is protected and secure and only used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Polar Trails only collects information deemed necessary and appropriate for completing a business transaction and to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with our site. General information we ask for is email and physical address, name, phone number and other pertinent information. Visitors have the right to not disclose personally-identifying information with the understanding that this may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related actions, like purchasing a Polar Trails product or service.
